The goal of the Brainobrain program

The goal of the Brainobrain program is for every child to completely awaken their ingenuity and to reach more life goals using most of their mental capacities. By developing their brain, children become self-conscious and responsible, improve the quality of their life and those around them, increase their intellectual capacity and emotional intelligence as well as improve the world around them!

General Information

Brainobrain method supports the balanced development of left and right brain hemisphere. It proved successful in more than 2,00,000+ children (now grown-ups) all around the globe.

Brainobrain program is based on Abacus, Mental Arithmetic (VAK – methods) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques.

Learning process

Brainobrain is simple, fun and attractive method. In the first level (first three months), children learn how to use the abacus in their calculations. In following levels, the abacus is still used but is entirely visualized, imprinted in their brain. Through visualization children learn how to be concentrated and attentive to their thoughts and tasks, by practicing use of their visual abacus, their imagination is activated.

1. Learning with Abacus

Abacus is a wooden calculating tool, first used in ancient times in Asia. It was used even before the modern numbering system was developed. In our program abacus and mathematics serves only as a tool to achieve our goals. The reason to use it is its structure and way of work. Its outlook is fascinating and is easy to remember. We use it by touching it with our fingertips and through nerve cells our brain is stimulated. This is especially true if the activity is connected with exercises that repeat in certain intervals: the mathematics calculations that children perform with abacus can be compared to crouches or push-ups for brains.

After a few months of using abacus:
Children are able to perform complex calculation with abacus
The process of mental calculations begins (visualization)

Children learn how to visualize the abacus, so it isn’t needed anymore in a physical way – children create a mental picture in their head, and depending on the level they have reached and persistence in daily exercise, up to 10 abacuses can be visualized at one time, which means they can simultaneously run 10 different mathematical operations, whether addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, decimals, etc.

The development of these skills (multi-tasking) at the earliest age of the child is essential in making life easier and in preparing for the most demanding challenges in the future.

2. VAK method: Training 3 senses at once

The newest research prove that the best results are achieved when the children get and store information which they receive visually, audio and kinaesthetically. In such case the process of memorizing is faster and information are better and longer remembered as left and right brain hemisphere are included in the process and are both activated.

If a child learn by watching, listening and touching, his memorizing process is faster and long term. Brainobrain uses VAK technique in its own unique way together with abacus, mathematics and visualization. The result is development and higher brain capacity in children VAK method coordinates left and right brain hemispheres and stimulates their activities.

3. Using NLP for better thinking process
NLP (neurolinguistic programming) is a science of thinking process. Being highly aware of our words in thinking process can help develop our personality, behavior, activities and our goals. In children such awareness leads to development of leadership abilities, to higher self-esteem and smart resources allocation (time, space, conditions…) in order to successfully achieve the highest goals in life.

Neurolinguistic programming is a science about thinking process, communication and behavior. It studies the way of coding information and reproduction of excellent behavior that enables us to reach set goals and results. NLP is a process of forming conscious and unconscious models, that are unique for each individual.

Brainobrain is the only programme in the world that uses NLP in children. Through NLP it develops positive thinking in children, develops values like love, happiness and responsibility, develops self-confidence, motivation and concentration. Through higher awareness of self and environment children become more decisive and confident in their actions and develop leadership abilities.

Abacus method

Today, the information about abacus, as universal mental tool, is being accepted everywhere in the world – by using the abacus for a short period of time (3 months) quick and visible changes in the behavior of children and their mental abilities are achieved. The desired goal is achieved by the use of abacus and its principal means as tool in our program. What makes the abacus different and special is its structure and function. The abacus has specific look and since each column has a value, children easily create a mental picture in their head, therefore they can quickly and certainly overcome any mathematical task that is put before them.

The tips of the human fingers are intertwined with endings of neurons – signals are being sent and are perceived by the senses to the brain, so regardless whether we are in the dark or we are blindfolded we can recognize whether we touched a rock or a toothbrush!

Since abacus is being used with fingers, it stimulates the brain, especially if the activity is related to a particular task or repeated at intervals. Therefore mathematical operations performed on abacus by children are wonderful mental training, the same as push-ups or squats for the brain!

During classes, children learn to visualize the abacus balls (visual sense), synchronized with magical words (auditory sense) and continuing with specific exercises or movements of the balls of the abacus (kinetic sense), in order to get to an answer to the problem.

Through this process, an intense brain training is performed, which is leading to ingenious abilities of children.

On a higher level, when children are already well aware of the abacus, we are introducing the visualization.

Timely involvement of child brain

In Brainobrain we develop and allow children to develop the following skills: speed and efficiency, continuous learning, increased improvement in concentration, memory, visualization, self-confidence, self-awareness, directed behavior, creativity, speed of information processing, increased visual and hearing skills as well as self-discipline.

The uniqueness of the program lies in the special conditions in which the courses are held, such as relaxed and creative atmosphere in which the most important thing is positive emotional relations and where all children are considered as little geniuses!
